Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to me. I realize at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. As a business owner I must protect myself and my business and implement polices that help me do so.
MY POLICY
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. It is nearly impossible to fill an appointment slot last minute, therefore the amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
A credit card on file is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
REFUNDS
I do not give refunds under ANY circumstances. If you are unhappy with your end result please contact me within two weeks of your original appointment.
